ABOUT MAINSTREAM KAYAKS

We currently stock a wide variety of kayaks, canoes, boating accessories, and essential safety equipment. Our patrons who have all levels of experience in kayaking, come from all over Franklin, Grande Isles, and Chittenden counties, as well as New York State and Canada. We believe that service is a hallmark of our commitment to our customers and will work with you to find just the right kayak or canoe for you.

Good News for 2008! RENTALS ARE NOW AVAILABLE! Daily, multi-day, and weekly rates are very affordable and include life vest, paddle, and, if necessary, foam blocks and straps that can be used to transport the boat on your car. Pick-up and delivery can be arranged.

We located at 6 Swanton Rd (North Main Street) in St. Albans, Vermont, just north of downtown and next to Dussault Auto Sales.

Directions: From the South: Get off I-89 at exit 19, proceed on the interstate access road to Rte. 7. Turn right on Rte. 7 north through downtown. We are located at the intersection of Rte. 7 and Rte. 105, on the west (left) side of the road in the same building as Dussault Auto Sales. Directions: From the North: Get off I-89 at exit 20, proceed south on Rte. 7 about 2 miles to the intersection of Rte. 7 and Rte. 105. We are on the west (right) side of the road in the same building as Dussault Auto Sales. Look for the kayak on the roof!
